Salary: $66,000/annual

Position Overview:

Trinity Services is looking for a full-time RN to fill an opening in our Peoria location. This is a full-time position working primarily Monday to Friday from 8:30am-5pm. You may need to respond to evening and weekend calls.

As an RN at Trinity Services you will be coordinating medical services for adults supported in our residential program. This includes coordinating with physicians, therapists, lab services and local hospitals. You will have the opportunity to provide medication administration training to direct care staff, on-the job training and oversight. You will coordinate medical care including annual health appointments and assessments, specialists and other health needs. You will also serve as a member of the Illinois Crisis Prevention Network – Support Service Team. ICPN-SST supports people experiencing medical and behavioral challenges. In your role, you will provide guidance and support to team members, community providers and families by facilitating the development and presentation of medical and pharmaceutical reviews with our consulting professionals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse through the State of Illinois
• One year of clinical experience in the last five years, preferably in IDD
